    fantastic walking distance to shops, parks, and historic sites

    The walkability of this place was amazing, as we could easily stroll to the Elms, just a short 500 meters away, and enjoy a lovely picnic at Fort Adams State Park, less than a 5-minute walk. Plus, the manager offered great suggestions for local dining and attractions.

    Great experience for couples

    We stayed in the Estella Suite which was spacious and comfortable, the bed was excellent. And the breakfasts were made to order, really delicious and served promptly. The owner welcomed us with chocolate chip cookies and wine upon our arrival .

    It wasn't inexpensive,, but for the experience, it was still acceptable.

    This was just a proper fit for a short interlude in Newport with high value for money. The bed in our room was exceedingly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. Be mindful that breakfast is on the third floor, so prepare for stairs if you have mobility issues.

    Really good hospitality and comfort

    The owner were really good too ensure our comfort, including accommodating dietary restrictions and providing local tips. The breakfast was a highlight, with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients while we enjoyed a lovely view. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The only downside was the narrow staircase, which might be a challenge for some guests.

    The location was excellent, near to many different shops and dining options, Performing arts and downtown and the mansions. I came across Harry's Bar & Burger, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, offered nice shots. Loved the impeccably clean room. It had exceptionally comfortable beds and a GOOD HOT breakfast, and the staff were excellent.
